Dear Everyone

for those of you I havent seen or spoken to recently... Im off to New Zealand to work with the Revds Andrew and Christine Allan-Johns' at their churches just outside of Christchurch. helping them out with various projects.

After leaving work, home and London life over the summer I have been waiting for the next step (well to be totally honest have also been waiting to witness England regain the Ashes!) and NZ seems to be it! Ive no idea how long for.... I have a return flight provisionally booked for just before Christmas but if things seem to be panning out more long term then I am open to staying for up to a year or more. Have absolutely no agenda and am just going to see how it goes.... It may be that it is going to prove a short-term time away from it all or it may be the start of a completely new life out there... who knows!!

Am excited (apprehensive!?) as I know God has His hand very much in this. Over the past few months He has been saying quite profoundly that He wants to romance me (dance with me!) and that I will not be going away on my own but with Him (Song of Songs 2:10-13)

SO this is just a note to say THANK YOU for your friendship and support that has come in all shapes and sizes to date... Im planning to email occasionally with short updates/photos if thats ok! Also I would REALLY value hearing from you whilst Im out there... your news, UK life, whats happening in Corrie(!) etc etc... and any parcels containing Marmite, The Times, or Dairy Milk will of course be gratefully received ;)
